This is my story

My name Is Krystal Condit, and I am a firm believer that through Christ anything is possible, even a self-taught and operated podcast. 

I’ve battled with degenerative disc disease since 2009, the daily pain was so intense that I was given a spinal cord stimulator implant in 2015, the stimulation is to distract the pain signals in my brain.

In 2021 I was diagnosed with a rare Cancer Leiomyosarcoma of the uterine that required surgery in April 2021.

The struggles behind physical and mental pain is something I know all too well. Once I became cancer free and got mental control of my pain, I then realized God was always with me. 

During my struggles and fears, he was instilling in me peace, strength and compassion. 

I couldn’t help but think that I can’t be the only one thinking and feeling this way, and that the time is now to talk openly about what God is doing for me and others.

I created Through and Threw Podcast October of 2021. The Through is, through Christ we can come out of the pain and darkness that we carry. The Threw is that it’s time to give Christ all the junk that was left behind to move forward. 

These true-life testimonies are told by the person themselves and recorded on location. We discuss everything to depression, abuse, sickness and the common struggles of life. We then reflect on how God was always there, and how our past doesn’t make us who we are today, only Christ.
